Welcome to True Love the approved fanlisting for the relationship between Karen Roe and Keith Scott of the hit tv show One Tree Hill. These two were
my favorite couple and I was very saddened when they killed Keith off but I loved the beautiful episode when Karen gives birth to their daughter Lily and while
